My name is
Tom Holzel and I am a principal of Velocity Associates.

How we work: First, we
ascertain the immediate short-term goals of the Company--often to radically increase sales that have gone flat--or gone south. We uncover the internal and external forces that are holding the company back from achieving their goals.
These are very often unrealized self-inflicted wounds. We set new goals and determine what resources are needed (and which are available) to achieve the desired goals. As importantly, we know what
sounds good--but doesn't work!
But we don’t stop there. What we don’t do is
buzz-saw through your operations, hand you a three-ring binder and an invoice and wave
a cheery good-by. Instead,
